Brian Cummings is a digital forensics consultant and criminal defense attorney. He focuses on evidence obtained from mobile phones, cellular service providers, and video cameras. In addition to consulting, he works as a Digital Evidence Resource Attorney for the New York State Defenders Association, and takes a limited number of cases as a court-appointed attorney.

He has received training and certifications from Cellebrite, the Law Enforcement and Emergency Services Video Association, and the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists. Brian began his career in the Monroe County Public Defender's Office as an investigator and Assistant Public Defender. He earned his B.S. and J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
