Brian Cummings provides digital forensics consulting and technical services to attorneys and investigators. He primarily works on criminal cases involving evidence from mobile phones, wireless networks, and video cameras.

Brian has earned certifications from Cellebrite, the Law Enforcement and Emergency Services Video Association, and the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists. He occasionally presents on digital evidence topics at conferences and continuing legal education programs.

In addition to consulting, Brian also works as a Digital Evidence Resource Attorney for the New York State Defenders Association, and as an attorney on the Monroe County Assigned Counsel Panel in Rochester, NY.

Brian previously worked in the Monroe County Public Defender's Office as an investigator and Assistant Public Defender. He earned his B.S. and J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
